The Nanofinder30 is Raman Confocal spectroscopy at the highest sensitivity and high spatial resolution resolution available.  This system achieves 3D Raman imaging with lateral spatial resolution of 200 nm and axial resolution of 500 nm. Moreover, combined with Scanning Probe Microscope (SPM), it can perform simultaneously measured Raman and Topography Imaging. With Tip Enhanced Raman Scattering (TERS) technology it can obtain lateral resolution of 50 nm or less. The NanofinderFLEX is a fiber type confocal Raman microspectroscopy system with high sensitivity, high 3D-spatial resolution. This system allows you to rapidly make Raman mapping images with sub-micrometer resolution. Each module (excitation laser, Raman optical unit, spectrometer) is coupled with optical fibers that makes system layout flexible and compact. Typically the system is configured with an upright microscope. Piezo-stage or (and) step-motor scanners are available for fast sample mapping/positioning.  Click HERE for more information.

NanofinderFLEX2 is the 2nd generation of fiber type 3D Confocal Raman microspectroscopy systems NanofinderFLEX series. Keeping the compactness and flexibility of fiber type layout, it brings new level of simplicity and comfort for operation with two switchable lasers. Another new feature of this device is easy and reproducible operation mode switch: High Resolution (Spectral & Spatial) or High Throughput. FLEX2 can be installed on standard up-right microscope for operation with step-motor or piezo-stage scanner or on open space granite frame microscope for combining with AFM and SNOM systems. NanofinderHE is a high end microspectroscopy system designed for combined Raman and AFM measurement. Not only confocal Raman measurements but also AFM-Raman/TERS measurements are available with AFM system combined. Switchable microscope configurations such as upright, inverted, transmission are available with a single AFM at single measurement site. The system is equipped with build-in spectrum calibration source and automatical confocal alignment facilities.Up to 4 excitation lasers are available with fully automatical switching.
